Too Faced Melted Lippies are liquified long wearing lipsticks! Highly pigmented and retail for $21.00 each. I love these lipsticks because with alot of these colors you don't need a liner. Which is very big because as woman of color we sometimes need to alter and work with liners to get a desired look. With these Too faced lippies the applicator allows you to put on as much as you want. They are amazing. They're not blotchy and apply smoothly.
